Description
This USA flag was lit solely with a hand held flashlight moving behind the cloth. The goal here was to bring out the thread structure that makes up the flag. This is a metaphor illustrating all of us who make up the nation, one by one. A Pentax 6x7 camera was used to record this on Ektachrome 100 film.
